Ownership RightsAs the artist, I reserve all rights of ownership to the final artwork, to post on my social media accounts and portfolio with mentions to the buyer if so desired.On the other hand, the buyer has permission and rights to use the final artwork however they wish, such as reposting the art with respectful credits to me included, creating any type of physical copies to keep, or distribute in the case of commercial commissions.I only strictly prohibit the use my art in blockchain-related technology such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc., and to train any Artificial Intelligence Image Generators.

PaymentIf via PayPal, please know there will be an additional conversion fee in order for me to accept international currency.The listed prices are base prices with possibility to increase depending on additional details and complexity of the commission.Commercial commissions, in which my artwork will be sold or used in promotional material for business purposes, require an additional fee of increasing the base prices by at least 300%.A deposit of at least 50% must be paid once the halfway work-in-progress has been approved. Then once finished, the remaining balance follows in full before I send the final, high quality piece with no big watermark.If for any reason an order is cancelled after paying 50%, the buyer will be partially refunded while the artist keeps 25% of the total cost minimum.
In the rare event that I cannot complete the commission, a partial refund will be given depending on how much of the artwork has been completed, again, with me keeping 25% of the total cost at the minimum.

ProcessAs mentioned, I will be sending the buyer work-in-progress screenshots with watermarks along the process, to confirm customer approval. The final artwork will only be sent in high definition with a smaller, hidden watermark after full payment.The buyer is allowed three revisions each to the progress and final artwork. Any further requests afterward will result in an additional fee starting at 10% of the base price, depending on the difficulty.
Additional fees from props, background, extra doodles, more characters, differing art style, design creation, etc., will be discussed and determined through communication.Although I am experimental with my art, I have the right to refuse any request or commission, under condition of a full refund.Disrespectful behavior towards me and other artists will not be tolerated, and may result in a full or 50% refund depending on how much of the commission has been completed, or even rejection of the order entirely.
